What you will do

  • manage the development of Magenta Moments (MM) features in app such as gamification, Telco and non Telco benefits and "heart missions"
  • creation of technical documentation and accepting criterias and test scenarios in JIRA and Confluence
  • drive the transferring of the new products and services requirements into the user stories
  • cooperation with other colleagues from other Tribes and different countries and headquarter regarding MM engagement program, its app features and roadmap
  • own the customer journeys within the MM with the goal to improve existing and develop new customer journeys
  • definition of business requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for MM app features and integrated systems
  • management of user claims, resolving bugs and change requests with development teams
  • coordination of the configurations and testing of the campaigns and benefits in MM program
  • responsibility for the partnership contracts and offers
  • finding a possiblities for automation of the processes for MM program
  • preparation of in-app copytext, notifications and assets
  • take responsibility for the overal NPS of MM
  • co-own and prioritize the backlog based on the impact that new products and services can create on the market

Required knowledge and skills

  • proven experience with leading and coordinating the development of complex projects, preferably digital product/App
  • passionate about developing products and services that people will love
  • think from the customer perspective and not from the system perspective
  • like to create frictionless customer journeys
  • fluent in English and Slovak/Czech
  • previous copywritting skills
  • proactive approach and analytical thinking, result oriented and systematic
  • familiar with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
