Your role
We are looking for the right candidate to fill the Line Manager position in the area of SAP Services.
The role includes:
- you will be responsible to lead a team of SAP consultant and SAP developers
- you will be responsible for hiring and extending your team
- you will be responsible to develop/influence future capability in your team to follow trends on customer side and in IT world
- you will closely cooperate with other technology teams within the company and support presales processes and service delivery
- you will be independent in planning and coordination of teamwork
- you will communicate with the customer and prepare roadmaps for the solutions based on customer requirements
- you will be responsible for farming in existing accounts
- your responsibilities will also be cost-effectiveness of individual services, resource management, budget planning, regular reporting
- you will get strong support from your colleagues and management
- you will experience cooperative and growing environment
What do we expect?
- you have 5 years of experience in leadership as a line manager or team leader is a must
- you have good interpersonal and communication skills
- know how to handle daily operations with customer/client
- you have overview about SAP ERP system
- you have overview about IT service delivery
- you have overview about AMS and/or IMS
- you have experience with operation of managed services
- you are a strong decision maker and can handle work under pressure
- you have good time management and strong flexibility/agility in delivery
- you are customer and goal oriented and have strong negotiation skills
- you have experience with tools like Jira, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint online
- nice to have experience with implementation of managed services
- you speak English fluently, German is an advantage
