About
We are looking for the right candidate to fill the Line Manager position in the area of SAP Services.
Your responsibilities
- leading a team of SAP consultants and SAP developers
- hiring and extending your team
- developing/influencing future capability in your team to follow trends on the customer side and in the IT world
- close cooperation with other technology teams within the company and supporting presales processes and service delivery
- independent planning and coordination of teamwork
- communication with the customer and preparing roadmaps for the solutions based on customer requirements
- farming existing accounts
- responsibility for cost-effectiveness of individual services, resource management, budget planning, regular reporting
What do we expect?
- 5 years of experience in leadership as a line manager or team leader
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- know how to handle daily operations with customer/client
- overview of the SAP ERP system is a great advantage
- overview of IT service delivery
- overview about AMS and/or IMS
- experience with the operation of managed services
- strong decision-making skills and ability to handle work under pressure
- good time management and strong flexibility/agility in delivery
- customer- and goal-orientation and strong negotiation skills
- experience with tools like Jira, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint online
- fluency in English, and German will be an advantage
- nice to have:
- experience with the implementation of managed services
