Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive the adoption of AI across various domains
- Identify opportunities, solve problems, and formulate hypotheses together with key business owners
- Drive the AI Roadmap aligned with business vision and goals
- Foster an agile mindset and adapt to the continuous evolution of AI technology stacks
- Collaborate with IT/Technology units to define new AI and Data Architecture
- Lead the Center of Expertise for AI, hiring and training experts in AI, ML, and Data Science
- Oversee the development of Model Factory (ML Ops Framework) for AI product DevOps
- Explore and implement emerging AI trends through R&D and proof-of-concept projects
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, MBA, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in AI/Data Analytics or leading analytically-driven commercial functions
- Proven track record of working with big data and analytics applications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs
- Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and data models
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Keen understanding of business objectives and ability to apply this understanding to product development
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about creating a data-driven culture and bringing expertise in data discovery
