Your work agenda:
- Responsible for continuous improvement of business rules and offers for diverse target groups
- Setting of offer for individual systems and sales channels based on calculated NBA propensities
- Reporting of offer usage and their success rates (and propose improvements)
- Analyzing customer base, accessibility and adequacy of offers, identification of new offers / white spots
- AB testing of offers
- Suggesting campaigns with offer usage to improve campaign efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Costumer Value Management
- Proficiency in English language (level B2 and above)
- Analytical & logical thinking, strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of reporting tools (MS Office, Google Analytics, SQL etc.)
- Creativity & ability to bring new ideas
- University education is a plus!
- Experiences with contextualization/NBA tool are a plus!
