Your responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor your team of developers to achieve high performance and professional growth
- Drive the recruitment process to expand and enhance your team’s capabilities
- Develop your team’s competencies to align with evolving industry trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with other technology teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing
- Support presales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and customer engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee team activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives
- Communicate directly with customers, gathering requirements, and preparing solution roadmaps to meet their needs
- Identify opportunities for account growth (farming) and build long-term relationships with existing customers
- Manage the cost-effectiveness of services, including resource allocation, budget planning, and financial reporting
What do we expect?
- Proven leadership experience as a line manager, team leader, or project manager overseeing development teams.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience managing operational services and delivering managed solutions.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven, customer-focused approach with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online.
- Fluent English
