Your responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Analyze current processes and propose innovative adjustments and future setups for controlling our Energy Team, focusing on:
- Enhancing efficiency and automating reporting
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts for the sales department
- Delivering comprehensive reporting services and analyses for management, including regular and ad hoc reports
- Support planning and budgeting activities
- Oversee the control of delivered services/projects, monitor invoices, conduct gap analyses, and communicate with customers
- Collaborate with account managers and top management to support strategic decision-making
- Drive the optimization and automation of reporting processes
What do we expect?
- A university degree in economics or several years of experience in a similar position
- Strong end-to-end process understanding: ability to comprehend and map out existing processes
- Excellent analytical skills: proficiency in analyzing current setups and identifying areas for improvement
- Experience in data processing using MS Excel, Pivot-tables, and BI Tools
- Fluent English
- nice to have:
- German language knowledge (colleagues and customers are located in Germany)
- Experience with reporting or a similar position
- Experience with PowerBI or another BI Tool
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
