Your responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Analyze current processes and propose innovative adjustments and future setups for controlling our Energy Team, focusing on:

              -    Enhancing efficiency and automating reporting

              -    Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts for the sales department

              -    Delivering comprehensive reporting services and analyses for management, including regular and ad hoc reports

  • Support planning and budgeting activities
  • Oversee the control of delivered services/projects, monitor invoices, conduct gap analyses, and communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with account managers and top management to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive the optimization and automation of reporting processes

 

What do we expect?

  • A university degree in economics or several years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong end-to-end process understanding: ability to comprehend and map out existing processes
  • Excellent analytical skills: proficiency in analyzing current setups and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience in data processing using MS Excel, Pivot-tables, and BI Tools
  • Fluent English
  • nice to have:
    • German language knowledge (colleagues and customers are located in Germany)
    • Experience with reporting or a similar position
    • Experience with PowerBI or another BI Tool
    • Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
