Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy and communication plans for corporate communication and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain and develop media relations, delivering clear messaging in written and verbal formats
- Create content across various channels (press releases, social media posts, content for podcasts and videos, public presentations)
- Monitor and optimize media coverage and external communication effectiveness
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight the company's business priorities as well as ESG efforts and impact
- Design communication campaigns and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, e.g., NGOs; collaborate with PR agency
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Communications professional experienced in media relations with deep knowledge of media landscape
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering communication strategies
- Great storytelling and messaging capabilities
- Strong communication skills, understanding of effective usage of relevant communication channels
- Proactive in building and maintaining media and stakeholder relationships
Required Expertise:
- Background in communications, media relations, or sustainability communications
- Experience in tech, corporate, or media sectors
- Advanced media communication and PR skills
- Proven track record of successful media engagement
- Proficiency in developing communication materials and press strategies
- Experience with community and ESG topics, trends and non-governmental sector
- Native Slovak, fluent English.
