We, at Slovak Telekom, perceive the Head of Enterprise Segment as a high-impact role shaping the future of B2B by using next-gen technologies and product innovations alongside with building a network of senior and international stakeholders.
Your crucial responsibility will be to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for the Enterprise customer segment. You will act as a strategic connector between product, commercial, communication, and top management to drive revenue growth, customer value, and market leadership.
Key agenda:
- Enterprise services product management.
- Segment management – planning and lifeycycle management including go-to-market execution and performance tracking.
- Close collaboaration with product leaders to create standardized, modular value propositions to corporate and public sector clients.
- Leading a strategic growth initiatives in partnership with the sales team to definine a brand positioning and messaging for the B2B segment.
- Close collaboaration with key internal and external stakeholders as finance, legal and strategy to ensure coherence with HQ programs and standards.
- Leading and contributing on growth and innovation projects (new distribution models and go-to-market frameworks, and customer engagement initiatives etc.).
- Shaping the pricing and commercial strategy, (collaboration with pricing teams to optimize offers and enhance competitiveness).
- Evaluating commercial performance of propositions.
- Recommending changes to sustain and strengthen the market position.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in the IT/telco sector.
- At least 5 years of experience with segment management and proposition management/design.
- At least 5 years of experience in people management.
- University education in related field.
- Excellent communication and story-telling skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Experience with interconnecting product, sales, and marketing functions.
- Strong understanding of ICT trends, digitalization and enterprise needs.
- Resilience & adaptability.
- Strategic & analytical thinking with a costumer-centric approach.
