What will be your mission?
- Managing and leading a medium sized team of specialists/experts in the areas of CX and CI.
- Development and motivation of team members to independently manage assigned projects, coordination of activities and team composition with a view to achieving the set objectives.
- Providing advanced analytics and functional models to build deeper and more effective customer experience insights with main focus on CX and CI synergy.
- Preparing, optimizing and communicating CX strategy based on customer data analysis.
- Incorporating AI daily routines to streamline work and improve customer experience.
- Executing and overseeing the implementation of CX strategy across business units.
- Present results, direction and opportunities to the company's top management, including a communication with the global team.
What do we expect?
- Experience leading a team or cross-functional projects.
- Strategic thinking, analytical approach, customer focus.
- Ability to create a CX vision and both “sell” and implement it.
- Ability to link strategic thinking with execution.
- Hands-on experience working with CX tools.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills in both English and Slovak.
- A desire to move things, not just maintain them.
- Advantage: knowledge of survey methods, segmentation, customer journey mapping, or telco/tech experience.
