We’re excited to be growing, and that’s why we’re looking for two new Service Delivery Managers to join our team. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager, who will manage our SAP operations team.

Your responsibilities

  • managing runnign operations and team  of SAP Consultants and ABAP Developers who support daily operations on the SAP systems
  • coordination and managing service delivery of multiple small teams, managing customer relationships, ensuring SLA and KPIs and driving service improvements
  • handle issues and requests coming from the team or customer. Service manager is in the middle and communicates with technical Product Owners from customer side and technical stream leads from team
  • service manager works with people and understands the numbers, only small part of the role requires report creation, but it is important to read what is in the reports and translate it into trends, issues or improvement opportunities

 

What do we expect?

  • experience in service management
  • understanding operational/delivery environment in relation to KPIs/SLA
  • great communication skill
  • experience in IT/Software company with delivery
  • a general IT overview
  • previous experience in customer service
  • experience with the intercultural environment
  • excellent organizational skills (delivery team consists of over 30 people)
  • proven record of delivered and implemented service improvement
  • good knowledge of Excel
  • experience with leading meetings with middle management
  • active listening skills
  • fluency in English and German 
  • nice to have:
    • overview of SAP
    • experience with SNOW, Power BI
