About
We are looking for an SAP Authorization Consultant for our client, a leading enterprise operating across SAP and non-SAP systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing SAP roles and authorizations, maintaining identity management processes, and supporting access control integration. This position offers exciting opportunities to work on integrations, transformation, and migration projects within a large team of over 35 consultants.

Your responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorizations for enterprise customers
- Manage SAP IDM lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, hollow accounts)
- Integrate SAP IDM with SAP GRC Access Control
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT Security, and business units to align access rights with organizational needs
- Provide expert consultancy and recommend best practices in SAP role design and authorization management
- Support project teams on authorization concepts for integration, migration, and transformation initiatives
What do we expect?
- Experience in SAP role development and authorization management
- Knowledge of SAP IDM and GRC Access Control integration
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle and access management processes
- Ability to analyze and optimize role and authorization concepts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR and IT Security
- Good communication skills in English
