About

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Scrum team and take responsibility for the economic success of our products. You will maximize the value and quality of the product by managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog, guiding the development team on what to build next. Acting as the main interface between stakeholders and the team, you will ensure the product vision is clear and aligned with customer needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Maximize the value and quality of the product being developed
  • Manage the Product Backlog, including:
    • clearly formulating product backlog entries
    • prioritizing and sorting entries to optimally achieve goals and missions
    • optimizing the value of the development team’s work
  • Serve as the main interface to stakeholders, including end customers, keeping them informed about project progress
  • Act as a contact person and integration point for the customer journey
  • Reflect stakeholder and committee input in the Product Backlog while retaining final prioritization authority
  • Define, plan, and steer multi-product Scrum team delivery

What do we expect?

  • Relevant skills in product development
  • Comprehensive consulting experience, ideally 4–6 years
  • Certification: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
  • Very good conceptual, professional, and structuring competencies
  • Good communication skills in English and German
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
