For your work you will need:

• 2+ years of CRM/data analytics hands on experience (e-commerce, finance, telco, gaming...)

• Experience with online and/or direct marketing

• At least basic knowledge of customer data platform/marketing automation in Bloomreach

• At least basic hands-on experience with SQL

• At least basic hands-on experience with CSS, HTML and JavaScript

• Understanding of advanced data analytics

• Analytical thinking, well organized, consulting spirit, willingness to learn

• Written and spoken professional English

• Must love analytics, data and direct marketing

 

And for sure, it can be beneficiary for you  :

• Experience with definition of lead management and preparation of customer journeys

• Close cooperation with marketing and IT/Integration team

• Advanced knowledge of customer data platform/marketing automation in Bloomreach

• Deeper hands-on experience with CSS, HTML and JavaScript for online marketing campaigns and web personalization is advantage

• Knowledge of one of these tools is a plus however not a requirement: Adobe Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / HCL Unica (Campaign, Interact, Marketing Operations); Acoustic; SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Realtime Decision Manager)
