About

We are seeking an IT Specialist/Administrator with experience in patch management, Windows Server, Ivanti EPM, VMware. You will play a key role in maintaining system security and compliance through structured patching cycles, troubleshooting, and cooperation with the security team.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute server patching cycles (monthly, quarterly, golden image, VDIs).
  • Perform pre-patch and post-patch checks to ensure the successfulness of patching.
  • Manage VMware vSphere environment, including snapshots, rollback, and recovery.
  • Use Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) for patch deployment, software rollout, and compliance checks.
  • Troubleshoot patch-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
  • Document procedures and patching guidelines.
  • Prepare reports and maintain patching records.

What do we expect?

  • Windows Server administration.
  • Patch management tools (Ivanti EPM preferred).
  • VMware vSphere basics (VMs, snapshots).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with batch and PowerShell, including writing and maintaining scripts.
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting.
  • fluency in English
  • German will be an advantage
