We are looking for a motivated student to support our Go-to-Market and Sales organization. You will play a key role in preparing client-facing materials, enhancing presentations, helping maintain our CRM data quality, and supporting internal coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development, marketing, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Offer Support
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and proposals.
- Beautify and standardize presentation layouts based on branding guidelines.
- Create web and internal presentation pages showcasing our solutions and services (basic website / content management).
General GTM Support
- Support routine administrative and coordination tasks within the Go-To-Market team.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth internal workflow.
What We Expect
Required skills
- Currently enrolled university student (business, marketing, IT, management, communication, or related field).
- Strong skills in PowerPoint (able to structure and visually improve slides).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Reliable, proactive, and not afraid of asking questions.
- Proficiency in English and Slovak language.
Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory) skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of web content editors (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, SharePoint).
- Interest in consulting, IT, data, or digital transformation topics.
