You will work across key platforms: mobile app, webshop, and web. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with both local and international business goals. Moreover, this position requires close collaboration with technical HAL and development teams, and cross-country stakeholders to harmonize priorities and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products (app, webshop, web) by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog in alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
- Harmonize delivery priorities and timelines with Dev/QA/Business teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cross-team alignment.
- Oversee testing activities, review test results, and ensure quality standards are met before product releases.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and teams across multiple countries to ensure consistency, share best practices, and support regional initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, representing Slovak Telekom in workshops, forums, and cross-border meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate transparent communication, and negotiate priorities to balance local and global requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, gathering feedback, and optimizing user journeys.
- Champion agile methodologies and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the Digital Tribe.
Requirements: Who You Are?
We are looking for a Proven Product Owner with experience in agile environments and digital product delivery (mobile app, webshop, web), who also has:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent local interests in international settings and facilitate cross-country collaboration.
- Experience harmonizing priorities across multiple teams (HAL, dev, QA) and overseeing testing processes.
- Excellent communicator (in both - English and Slovak language) able to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and representing Slovakia in workshops and forums.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
