Senior Digital Business Specialist (E-commerce)

Are you a digital professional who excels at turning complex business visions into seamless user experiences? We are looking for a Senior Digital Business Specialist to lead the strategic development and optimization of our e-shop.

In this role, you serve as the central link between our commercial goals and technical execution. Working alongside our Product Owner and Central Digital Teams, you will drive e-shop performance, improve customer satisfaction, and directly influence revenue growth through smart, data-driven digital solutions.

Your Areas of Ownership

  • E-shop Evolution: Lead the business-side logic for new features. You ensure every update aligns with customer needs while meeting high-level business objectives.
  • Customer Journeys & Experience: You are the guardian of the customer experience. You will analyze end-to-end journeys, identify friction points, and design intuitive flows that streamline the path to purchase.
  • Technical & Global Orchestration: Act as the "Lead Interpreter" between local stakeholders and our Central Teams, Solution Designers, and Developers. You translate business requirements into precise, actionable specifications.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate alignment across business units and external partners. You will present progress, data-driven insights, and tactical recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Project Momentum: Own the execution of the roadmap. You will proactively monitor timelines, navigate risks, and manage dependencies to ensure every initiative is delivered with precision and push projects forward with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, ideally in e-commerce or eshop environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and UX principles.
  • Solid business analysis skills (mostly in Jira, Figma, Confluence) with experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams (solution designers, developers).
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Agile mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Business communication in English (at least B2 level) is a must.

This position is a maternity backfill for approx. 2-3 years contract. However, if a permanent role becomes available after the end of the cover period, we would be happy to consider the selected candidate for a long‑term opportunity within our company.)
