Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Business Specialist to drive the development and optimization of our eshop in close collaboration with the central digital team. This role blends business analysis, product ownership, and customer journey expertise to deliver seamless digital experiences. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, solution designers, and HAL developers, ensuring that shop initiatives are executed with precision and impact. The ultimate goal is to enhance eshop performance and contribute directly to measurable business results, including increased conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Eshop Development & Optimization

  • Lead business input into the development of eshop, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with central teams to define and refine eshop features and functionalities.

Customer Journey & Experience

  • Analyze and design end-to-end customer journeys across eshop
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback.

Business Analysis

  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Work closely with solution designers and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Project Leadership

  • Push projects forward with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure timely execution of roadmap items with strong ownership and accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, ideally in e-commerce or eshop environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and UX principles.
  • Solid business analysis skills (mostly in Jira, Sigma, Confluence) with experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams (solution designers, developers).
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Agile mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Business communication in English (at least B2 level) is a must.

This position is a maternity backfill for approx. 2-3 years contract.
