About
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain IT systems. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across technical teams, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure operations. The role also expects leadership/management of team on top of the technical things.

Your responsibilities
- support, drive, and resolve tickets within the IT/OT environment, ensuring issues are addressed according to established standards and timeframes
- proactively monitor security systems, network connections, and VPNs, responding to security incidents to minimize operational disruptions
- perform daily security checks, scheduled jobs, and analyze Windows and Linux logs to identify and mitigate potential threats
- analyze and resolve technical incidents through ticketing systems and other methods to maintain system stability and reliability
- provide 2nd level infrastructure support, addressing network issues, modifications, and documentation
- support and maintain infrastructure, including virtual machines, operating systems, AD, and VPNs
- assist in ongoing infrastructure projects to enhance system performance, security, and scalability
- ensure proper documentation of processes, incidents, and solutions for future reference and compliance purposes
What do we expect?
- strong experience in IT infrastructure administration, particularly within OT environments
- proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems
- familiarity with analyzing system and security logs to detect and address vulnerabilities
- hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting
- knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V
- ability to provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT and network issues
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- experience working with ticketing systems and incident resolution processes
