About
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise ERP solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical architects to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by optimizing financial, supply chain, and operational processes through system customization, integrations, and extensions.
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Develop and maintain X++ code, extensions, forms, reports, and workflows
- Implement integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, OData, Azure services)
- Develop and maintain data entities and support data migration activities
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices (extensions over layer customizations)
- Participate in performance optimization, testing, and deployment activities
- Support system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues
- Contribute to documentation, development standards, and technical governance
What do we expect?
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer (3–5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of X++ development and D365 F&O architecture
- Experience with extensions, customizations, and integrations
- Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, or ERP processes
- Experience with data migration tools and data management framework (DMF)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of integration technologies (REST, OData, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps)
- Good understanding of security roles and access control within D365 F&O
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- nice to have:
- Experience with dual-write or integration between D365 F&O and D365 CE
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of DevOps ALM best practices
- German language
