ensuring energy procurement for the production plant
(strategy preparation, supplier tendering, market monitoring, purchasing according to the approved strategy, handling monthly invoicing, reporting, and proposing energy‑saving measures)
securing electricity from renewable sources through vPPA or by purchasing guarantees of origin
implementing and developing the energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001, including planning, monitoring and controlling energy‑saving projects
implementing energy management software (EnMS), its ongoing operation and further development
cooperating with the ESG team on carbon footprint calculations and supporting decarbonization initiatives
operating the photovoltaic power plant
(acting as the responsible representative of the legal entity towards the Energy Regulatory Office)
providing technical support to colleagues on energy‑related investment projects (PV, BESS)
leading your own investment projects
communicating with colleagues from the headquarters and addressing their requests

What You need

university degree in a technical field (electrical power engineering, heavy‑current electrical engineering, etc.)
experience in power engineering, renewable energy sources and energy procurement
technical orientation in PV and BESS projects
professional competence to work on electrical equipment
(minimum §6 according to NV 194/2022 Sb.)
knowledge of AutoCAD, BMS and EnMS tools
communicative level of English
category B driving licence
understanding of RES, vPPA and ISO 50001
analytical skills and a systematic approach to work
