This role sits at the intersection of Customer Value Management, B2B Segment Management, and Sales Enablement.
What will you do?
- Analyze the market, customer behavior, and business needs to identify growth opportunities and improve customer value management for B2B customers.
- Help shape and develop value propositions, especially in the area of fixed data and connectivity services.
- Design and support transition strategies that help customers migrate from legacy technologies to modern connectivity solutions such as optical networks.
- Cooperate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to bring new propositions and campaigns to life.
- Design channel and go-to-market strategies across different sales channels.
- Prepare customer campaigns and communication concepts focused on acquisition, retention, up- and cross-sell, and migration.
- Monitor commercial performance and evaluate sales and campaign results across channels.
- Work with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and commercial performance data to identify actionable business insights.
- Prepare business cases, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Around 2–3 years of experience in areas such as:
- Customer Value Management (CVM)
- Segment Management
- Business or Marketing Analysis
- B2B Commercial Strategy
- Sales Enablement
- Product Marketing
- Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with data and business insights.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into meaningful propositions and commercial actions.
- Experience with customer segmentation, campaign evaluation, or business case preparation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, fixed connectivity, or technology services is a plus — but not a requirement.
- Experience working across multiple departments or coordinating stakeholders is a plus.
