The client is looking for a Senior Business Solution Analyst with strong asset management experience in the EV mobility domain (charging infrastructure such as chargers, transformers, etc.). The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, designing end-to-end processes, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations).

Your responsibilities

  • Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders
  • Analyze and document asset management processes across the full lifecycle
  • Design and optimize end-to-end business process flows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
  • Model and improve asset management workflows including:
    • installation
    • commissioning
    • maintenance
    • repair
    • warranty
    • decommissioning
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
  • Work within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Support UAT testing activities
  • Document processes, business rules, and system dependencies

 

What do we expect?

  • Senior experience as a Business Solution Analyst
  • Ideally experience in EV mobility or energy / utilities
  • Strong understanding of asset management lifecycle processes
  • Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder workshops
  • Strong process modelling skills (BPMN or similar)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work remotely and occasionally visit the office in Arnhem
