support\u003C/strong> for end users in the Munich office, covering hardware, software, and connectivity issues\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Manage the \u003Cstrong>full lifecycle of end-user devices\u003C/strong> — procurement, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Install, configure, and maintain business applications and tools\u003C/strong> used across the office\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Administer \u003Cstrong>user accounts, access rights, and software licences\u003C/strong> in line with company policies\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Perform \u003Cstrong>basic network administration tasks\u003C/strong>, including troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and coordinating with network or infrastructure teams
