About
We are looking for a Medior/Senior Windows Infrastructure & Identity Engineer for a long-term managed services project supporting a large-scale enterprise IT environment. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of Windows Server infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft identity technologies — Active Directory, Entra ID, and related directory services. The role covers routine operations, incident handling, identity & access management, and participation in upgrades and migrations, all within a fully remote, structured enterprise environment.

Your responsibilities
- perform routine operation, management, and administration of Windows Server infrastructure (2016–2022), both virtual and physical
- plan and implement changes, upgrades, and migrations of Windows Server environments
- work with core Windows Server technologies: Active Directory, DFSR/DFSN, DNS, Failover Clustering, KMS, NPS, Remote Desktop Services, Storage Replica, and WSUS
- support platform and application operations of Entra ID tenants
- handle monitoring, alert responses, and daily operational runbooks and housekeeping activities
- manage identity and access across hybrid enterprise environments
What do we expect?
- solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- experience with Azure Cloud Sync (formerly Azure AD Connect)
- knowledge of Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and server configuration including security and protection
- Group Policy Management and Active Directory site management
- experience with extended protection configuration of servers and protocols and CIS compliance
- knowledge of monitoring setup and configuration via scripting, Log Analytics, or similar tools
- scripting experience in PowerShell and VBScript for automation purposes
- general knowledge and experience with IT automation practices
- fluency in English
