About

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to support the delivery and transition of IT services, including vendor-to-vendor transitions and managed service operations. The role combines operational coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting, and continuous service improvement. This position plays a key role during service transitions (e.g., Entra ID or similar cloud/identity services), ensuring smooth onboarding, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.

Tech stack

  • ITSM platforms: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent
  • Identity & cloud services: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure
  • Collaboration & communication tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
  • Reporting & data: Excel / Google Sheets (KPI tracking, SLA reporting); Power BI or similar dashboards (advantageous)
  • Documentation & knowledge management: Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent
  • Service management frameworks: ITIL-aligned processes (incident, change, request, transition management)

 

Your responsibilities

  • coordinate daily service delivery activities across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring adherence to SLA/OLA commitments and service quality standards
  • monitor and drive timely resolution of incidents, requests, and changes; act as a central coordination point for all service-related activities
  • support and coordinate vendor-to-vendor transitions, including tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • ensure proper knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover readiness during transition phases
  • organize and facilitate transition and service review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams; communicate status, risks, and escalations clearly and proactively
  • prepare and maintain service reports covering KPI´s, SLA´s, and overall service health
  • identify trends and propose improvements; support audit and compliance requirements
  • proactively identify service gaps and drive implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies

What do we expect?

  • proven experience in a managed services environment (2–5+ years)
  • hands-on involvement in service transition projects, ideally vendor-to-vendor transitions or service onboarding/transformation initiatives
  • experience coordinating IT service delivery in an ITIL-aligned environment
  • exposure to enterprise environments including cloud, infrastructure, or identity services (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD is a plus)
  • strong ownership and accountability – takes full responsibility for service delivery outcomes
  • proactive mindset – identifies and addresses issues before they escalate
  • strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • experience with reporting and data analysis (service metrics, KPIs, SLA tracking)
  • solid understanding of risk, issue, and escalation management
  • ability to work under pressure in dynamic, distributed team environments
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is an advantage
  • familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
  • fluent English
  • experience with cloud services (Azure / Entra ID) is a plus
