You will ensure high-quality managed services, drive operational improvements, and support customers through AI-enabled service management. Your responsibilities

  • lead, coach, and develop the service delivery team, driving performance and growth
  • drive AI adoption across operations, delivery processes, and workflows
  • promote automation and AI-enabled continuous improvement
  • oversee end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and customer satisfaction
  • maintain oversight of Application Management Services (AMS) and/or Infrastructure Management Services (IMS)
  • manage operational performance, escalations, and service improvements
  • act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building long-term trusted relationships
  • engage with customers to understand business needs and identify opportunities for additional services and AI-driven solutions
  • lead commercial discussions and negotiate project scope, pricing principles, and contract changes
  • support account growth through upselling and cross-selling in cooperation with Sales and Delivery teams
  • contribute to presales activities, tenders, customer presentations, proposals, and solution workshops
  • support account farming and identify new strategic customer relationships and business opportunities
  • ensure customer expectations align with delivery capabilities while maintaining profitability and service quality
  • collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery

 

What do we expect?

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Managed Services, or IT Operations
  • solid understanding of AI technologies and experience driving AI change
  • overview of IT service delivery
  • knowledge of AMS and/or IMS
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • experience leading digital transformation initiatives
  • experience with AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI)
  • customer- and goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • experience with Jira, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
  • fluent in English and German
  • nice to have:
    • software development background
    • ITIL certification or similar
