interfaces\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch2>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cem>Your responsibilities\u003C/em>\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Own and coordinate the \u003Cstrong>day-to-day Change Management process\u003C/strong> for customer billing platform.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Review, validate and assess incoming \u003Cstrong>Request for Changes (RfCs)\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Classify Changes according to \u003Cstrong>Change type, risk, impact and urgency\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate the lifecycle of Changes from \u003Cstrong>creation and assessment through approval, implementation, PIR and closure\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Plan, prepare and coordinate regular \u003Cstrong>CAB meetings\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare \u003Cstrong>Change calendars \u003C/strong>and ensure that relevant stakeholders have the necessary information for decision-making.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate the \u003Cstrong>Change approval\u003C/strong> process.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate \u003Cstrong>Change implementation\u003C/strong> windows and identify conflicts, dependencies and potential business impact.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Work closely with Release & Deployment Management to ensure that approved Changes are implemented according to the defined SAP ChaRM process.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Verify the availability and completeness of \u003Cstrong>test results, UAT/regression evidence and rollback plans\u003C/strong> before productive implementation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate communication of the Changes to relevant stakeholders.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor \u003Cstrong>Change progress \u003C/strong>and ensure timely status updates in Jira.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate and follow up \u003Cstrong>Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs)\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure Lessons Learned are documented and fed into Continual Service Improvement.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Analyse Change-related incidents, failed Changes, emergency Changes and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor Change Management \u003Cstrong>KPIs\u003C/strong> and provide regular \u003Cstrong>reporting\u003C/strong> to Service Management.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support audits by ensuring that Change records and deployment documentation are complete and traceable.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate with external providers and internal technical teams involved in Change implementation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Continuously improve the Change Management process, templates, workflows and governance.\u003Cp>\u003C/p>\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Ch2>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cem>What do we expect?\u003C/em>\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>3–5+ years of experience in IT Change Management\u003C/strong>, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong knowledge of \u003Cstrong>ITIL Change Management / IT Service Management\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Practical experience with:\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes\u003C/li>\u003Cli>CAB / ECAB processes\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Risk and impact assessment\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Change scheduling and coordination\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Change lifecycle management\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Post Implementation Reviews\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Change reporting and KPI management\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience working with \u003Cstrong>Jira / Jira Service Management\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience coordinating changes across multiple technical teams and external service providers.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to assess technical and business risks and challenge incomplete or insufficient Change requests.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience with \u003Cstrong>CAB facilitation and stakeholder management\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong organizational and coordination skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to manage multiple Changes, dependencies and competing priorities.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>High attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation, approvals, auditability and compliance.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience with \u003Cstrong>security-relevant Changes, rollback planning and emergency changes\u003C/strong> is an
