As our (Senior) Product Manager within Core Player Experience & PAM, you’ll help shape the customer journeys and shared capabilities at the heart of our lottery, sports and gaming businesses. Your focus could span Player Accounts & Experience, Regulation, Backoffice & Automation, Payment & Fraud or Core Services.
What you’ll do:
- Lead product discovery across registration, login, player accounts, identity, KYC, payments and core platform services.
- Own and improve customer-facing experiences across web, app and other digital journeys, using customer insight and data to reduce friction and build trust.
- Shape the services behind these experiences, working across areas such as identity, payments, wallets, reporting and operational tools.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are built into product decisions from the start, including KYC, AML, responsible gambling, privacy, fraud prevention and regulatory reporting.
- Improve payment and account journeys and help make operational processes simpler and more effective.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Architecture and teams across our markets to set priorities and shape solutions that work across Allwyn.
What you’ll bring:
- (Significant) product management experience in complex digital products or platforms, ideally within lottery, gaming, financial services, payments, identity or another regulated consumer environment.
- Experience building digital products from scratch, from initial discovery and definition through to delivery.
- Experience across customer-facing journeys as well as the services, integrations or operational tools behind them.
- Experience leading discovery, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and taking products through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Experience in several relevant areas, such as onboarding, authentication, KYC, account management, payments, fraud, responsible gambling or platform services.
- Strong product judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance customer, commercial, regulatory and technical perspectives.
- Experience working across markets, brands or business areas and influencing senior stakeholders.
Location:
- The role can be based in one of our Allwyn locations, with the final location depending on the successful candidate. The role will involve occasional travel across our markets.

As we’re looking for several Product Managers, you don’t need to be an expert in every area (Player Account & Experience, Regulation, Backoffice & Automation, Payment & Fraud, Core Services). We’re looking for broad product experience combined with strong expertise in one or more of these areas.
